Colin J. Macfarlane, Esq. is attorney at Kozloff Stoudt, P.C. in
Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. He has been practicing law at the firm since
September 2020. Colin graduated from Duquesne University School of Law
in May 2019 after focusing his studies in civil and constitutional law.
He is a proud “Double Duke” as he also obtained a B.S., with honors, in
Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Duquesne University in
2016.

 

Upon graduation from law school, Colin and his wife relocated to central
Pennsylvania where he spent over a year clerking for the Honorable Clyde
W. Vedder, Supervising Judge of the Civil and Orphans’ Court Divisions
of the York County Court of Common Pleas. There, he assisted in drafting
and editing over three dozen orders and accompanying opinions, none of
which were appealed.

 

Throughout Colin’s studies, he gained valuable business and legal
experience by interning at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of
Pittsburgh, and then serving as an interim clerk for the Pennsylvania
Superior Court in the summer between his first and second years of law
school and the Law Offices of Edward J. Krug & Associates during his
second and third years of law school.

 

Colin was born and raised in central New Jersey. He has two sisters, one
of whom is his twin. When Colin is not working, he enjoys reading,
exercising, watching the Mets and English Premier League soccer, and
hiking.
